Terms & Conditions

• Booking period: December 20, 2017 through January 31, 2018
• Departure period: Must depart Haneda between January 3, 2018 through April 27, 2018
• Ticket must be purchased and issued on HawaiianAirlines.co.jp during the above booking period.
• Ticket must be roundtrip using flights HA851 and 852 (Haneda – Kona nonstop). For the avoidance of doubt, Passengers arriving in Kona via a connecting flight are not eligible.
• Only passengers that have purchased an eligible ticket pursuant to the terms of this Campaign (“Passengers”) are eligible to use the complimentary shuttle service offered hereunder (the “Shuttle Service”).
• One complimentary shuttle per booking. Passengers traveling together are only eligible for this promotion if they are on the same booking PNR or have all booked through HawaiianAirlines.co.jp.
• Complimentary Shuttle Service will be offered from Kona International Airport to a hotel of the guest’s choice. One way only.
• Complimentary Shuttle Service booking must be made directly with Roberts Hawaii using the link provided on HawaiianAirlines.co.jp/Special-Offers/Haneda-Kona-Shuttle-Service. Reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to the departure date from Haneda. Reservation confirmation will be sent from Roberts Hawaii, and Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (and its parent, subsidiaries, and any affiliated entities) (“Hawaiian”) shall have not responsibility for, and does not guarantee, the timeliness or quality of the Shuttle Service.
• By using the Shuttle Service, Passengers understand and agree that Hawaiian (and its parent, subsidiaries, and any affiliated entities) shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from Passengers’ use of the Shuttle Service. Passengers agree to waive any and all rights that they might now or in the future have to claim or bring against Hawaiian on account of personal injury or death to a Passenger, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of, incident to, or resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Shuttle Service, whether such injury, death, damage or loss is contributed to by the negligence of Hawaiian, its officers, directors, employees, agents or servants. Passengers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hawaiian, its officers, directors, employees, agents and successors against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of, incident to, or resulting directly or indirectly from Passengers’ use of the Shuttle Service.

• 対象ご予約期間中にHawaiianAirlines.co.jpで航空券をご購入いただくことを前提としています。
• ハワイアン航空運航のHA851/852便（羽田―コナ直行便）が対象になります。なお、乗り継ぎでコナに到着された方は対象としません。
• 当規約に該当した航空券を購入したお客様にのみ以下、「シャトルサービス」が提供されます。
• シャトルサービスはご予約につき、１回無料で提供されます。シャトルサービスの同乗者は、同じ予約記録、または全員ハワイアン航空のウェブサイトで航空券をご購入されていることを前提とします。
• 無料シャトルサービスはコナ国際空港からご宿泊先ホテルまでの片道のみです。Roberts Hawaiiの片道無料送迎対象ホテルに記載されているホテルに限られます。
• 無料シャトルサービスはHawaiianAirlines.co.jp/Special-Offers/Haneda-Kona-Shuttle-Serviceより、少なくとも羽田ご出発の14日前までに直接ご予約が必要になります。予約確認はRoberts Hawaiiより送信され、ハワイアン航空（またその親会社、子会社、及び関連会社）、以下「Hawaiian」、はシャトルサービスの送迎予約時間、または品質に関して一切責任を負いません。
• 当サービスのご利用にあたり、お客様は送迎中に発生したケガ、紛失、または破損に対してハワイアン航空（またその親会社、子会社、及び関連会社）が一切の責任を負わないことにご了承されたとみなします。当サービスご利用のお客様は現在また今後、Hawaiianに対して当サービスご利用による直接的または間接的に発生したケガまたは死亡事故、破損・紛失の責任を追及しないことに同意をされたとみなします。それらの事項がHawaiianの従業員の不備による結果であったとしても責任を問わないことに同意をされたとみなします。お客様は当サービスご利用にあたり、間接的または直接的に起こりうる損害・被害、それに伴い発生する法的費用に対してHawaiianに免責の保証を与えることに同意をされたとみなします。
